Sophia Ortega

Sophia Ortega's writing has appeared in The New York Times (Modern Love & Well), the Los Angeles Times, HuffPost, and New York Magazine's The Cut. One of her essays was featured in the book "LA Affairs." She received an MFA in Writing (Creative Nonfiction) from Sarah Lawrence College, where she was a Randall Jarrell Fellow. She is currently at work on a memoir about the entanglement of food, sex, and selfhood.
