Do you want to write movies, but don’t know where to start? Not to worry. Veteran Screenwriter Chris Reed will provide the foundation you need to begin your journey into the world of writing for the silver screen. He’s written for all the big boys, Disney, Fox, Sony, and Nickelodeon and even created the screenplay “Jaguar” that would eventually become “The Lion King” while working on a three-picture deal at Disney Feature Animation.
In this one-day Online Screenwriting Fundamentals Seminar, he’ll go over the types of films; movies you can write, the structure of a successful movie, and what makes characters compelling. He’ll also help you understand how character should shape every aspect of your movie. Whether you have a movie idea kicking around in your head already, or you want more information on how to generate ideas that pack a punch, this class is the first step on your path to success.
Understanding the fundamentals of good movies before you put pen to page will save you time and heartbreak. By the end of the class, you’ll walk away with a solid foundation upon which to build your screenwriting career. Oscar not included.
