Wally Baram

Wally Baram is a stand-up comedian, writer, and actress who has written for SHRINKING (Apple), ENGLISH TEACHER (FX & Hulu), WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS (FX), NEON (Netflix), BETTY (HBO), SPRUNG (Amazon) among others. Most recently, she wrote on OVERCOMPENSATING on Amazon in which she also stars. She's been nominated for 2 WGA awards for Best Original New Series for both ENGLISH TEACHER (FX) andSHRINKING (Apple). As a stand-up comedian, she made her late-night debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and performs regularly at clubs and venues across the country. She was selected for the prestigious Just for Laugh’s New Face Showcase in 2020. Before that, Wally worked as a production assistant and BTS photographer. She eventually went on to writing for digital programming (YouTube TV) before getting her first job as a staff writer. MORE
