I represent that I am permitted to receive calls and text messages at the telephone number I have provided to Writing Pad. I agree to promptly alert us whenever I stop using a telephone number. We, our agents, representatives, affiliates, and anyone calling on Writing Pad’s behalf may use such means of communication described in this section even if I will incur costs to receive such phone messages, text messages, or other means. Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages (including text messages). From time to time, Writing Pad may modify or terminate their SMS messaging services for any reason without notice and liability to me.
