Natasha Vargas-Cooper has written articles, essays, op-eds and interviews for The Atlantic, GQ, The New York Times, the New Statesman, The Baffler, Buzzfeed, Vice, Gawker Media, among others. She mostly recently worked as a features editor for both Vice Media’s women’s interest site, Broadly, and Elle.com. Last year, she broke the story on the key witness of the Adnan Syed trial, made popular on the podcast Serial. Natasha was able to interview the star witness of the trial, after he had turned down every other outlet. Her blog about mid-century American advertising, literature, and art was turned into a book by Harper Collins, “Madmen Unbuttoned: A Romp Through 60’s America” (2010 Harper Studio) it is available in paperback.
